What are the set-up fees for ETFs?

If you invest directly with Smart, there is a one-off $30 set-up fee for new investors. This fee is paid once and does not apply to future contributions, including investments into additional Smart ETFs.

If you invest via an investment platform such as Sharesies or InvestNow, charges and fees may apply and are set by the provider.

If you invest in Smart ETFs through an NZX participant, or a financial adviser, they may charge brokerage or service fees. These fees are set by them so it’s best to check directly.
